We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
Returns
We will gladly accept returns for items that are:
✅ Defective – If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
✅ Incorrect – If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the incorrect item.
Exchanges
❌ We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you are welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy guidelines. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 30 business days.
